SHIPPING SCHEDULE
- Most orders will ship within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
- The average transit time is 3-5 business days, depending on the carrier. We ship from Reno, NV.

PRODUCT SATISFACTION/REFUNDS
If you’re not satisfied with your first order of any product, call 1 (800) 707-3526 or email us at support@eattothink.com within the first 14 days after receiving your order. We will provide you with a pre-paid return label to send the remaining food back for a full refund, less shipping. Refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, after receipt of remaining food. Note that amount of days for funds to appear vary by institution. Limit one per customer.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund after checking your bank account, please contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
